Tabata style workout 5 Sets (each set is 4 minutes broken down by 8 rounds of work and rest 20 sec on/10 sec. off). Each week equipment usage will vary. It will always be a combination: Using light weights, mini bands and/or medicine and stability balls. A full body work out done in 20 minutes!
