Tabata are four-minute sets consisting of 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest. During this class you will perform a wide variety of exercises to tone and sculpt each muscle group in the upper body, including the core muscles. This class is ideal for those seeking scuplted should, lean arms, and a strong back!
