Description

This is a Tabata 40 seconds of high intensity followed by 20 seconds of rest work out. We warm up for 5 minutes doing fun dynamic stretches. Then we proceed with our kettlebell tabata workout for 25-35 minutes. We end the last 20-25 minutes of class with a relaxing yoga stretching and mobility session.
