Description

Come sweat it out for an invigorating 60 minutes of yoga. Get moving and don’t be stagnant on this beautiful Saturday!

Equipment Required

Yoga mat/towel, yoga props for support (yoga blocks, bolster, roller blanket/towel, pillow, water bottle, any supportive prop). For an even more intense sweat, optimal room temperature set at 90-95 degrees recommended.
