SuperCORE Fit's Flex & Flow is designed to activate deep range of motion and the flow of energy in your body. All from a chair and standing (or using a plyo cube) Flex & Flow will increase your mobility for maximizing your fitness results. A full experience of BreatheFit (breathing exercises for release of tension and restrictions), SuperCORE Flex for major muscles and joints, and spinal flow.

Equipment Required

A chair or cube and a pillow or blanket. Optional: yoga block, a long resistance band and small medicine ball or muscle roller.
