SuperCORE moves always start from your chair and moves into standing, we use the chair like a weight bench at the gym for your at home or in office conditioning. The chair provides stability and a home base for your moves. It’s amazing how much conditioning you can get from your chair! So, it’s super important for you to find the right chair or cube. plus more! You will be guided to breathe, move and engage all aspects of your body for immediate fitness results.
