SuperCORE moves always start from your chair, plyo-box or cube. The plyo-box provides stability and a home base for your moves. It’s amazing how much conditioning you can get from your chair or box! It’s super important for you to find the right base. Choose a chair or a cube that is stable and solid, not a rolling chair. Make sure your feet touch the floor when you are sitting upright in the chair. You should be able to easily move the chair as we transition from seated to standing moves.
