Start off your Tuesday with this beginner-friendly yoga class designed for relaxation, centering and strengthening. We will start off on the floor, with a focus on breath, gentle stretches and mindful movements, then build to more challenging seated and standing poses. Modifications are always given and participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and work at their own pace.
Dress comfy! If you don’t have a yoga mat, you can practice on a rug, blanket or towel. Bring a yoga strap if you have it or just grab a hand towel, scarf or necktie. A yoga block or thick book, blanket or sturdy cushion might come in handy as well.
