Ashtanga Yoga flow focusing on connecting breath with movement. Each week we focus on a different area of the body or type of movement. No need to have prior knowledge of yoga language or skill. Do: - bring a mat, water bottle, blocks and blanket (not required, just if you have them). Don't: - worry about anyone else seeing your practice, once in the classroom, you can only be seen by the instructor.
