Your grind to become fitter, better, stronger, and more mindful does not stop because it is the weekend. Sunday Morning Yoga will take you through asanas (yoga poses) and pranayama (the breath of yoga) to help you bring focus to your day and set intentions for the week. We encourage a playful practice where you challenge yourself to do more with physical function while developing your mindfulness in every way. We will meet you at your skill level. Bring an open mind, a yoga mat, a towel, a block, a strap, and some water.

Make sure to be on time. To ensure a great experience for everyone, the studio doors closes 10 minutes after the scheduled start time
You can cancel up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor.
