Strong Slow Flow is a sweet and slow yoga asana practice that’s like swimming through honey. The sequence blends your favorite vinyasa flows with breath, longer holds, and novel movements. It’s perfect if you want to tune into yourself and explore what your body is capable of with curiosity.

Equipment Required

You'll need two yoga blocks, if you have them, or you can use a low foot stool or coffee table.
