Strong Slow Flow weaves up to date anatomy and movement research with the yoga you know. Class sequences are similar to your favorite vinyasa flows that blend breath and movement, with an emphasis on biomechanics and how to move better in your body. You'll practice familiar shapes at a slower pace and in novel ways to increase joint range of motion and stability. With regular practice, you'll increase body awareness and create physical resiliency on and off the mat.

Equipment Required

You'll need two yoga blocks, if you have them, or you can use a low foot stool or coffee table.
