Strong Slow Flow weaves up to date anatomy and movement research with the yoga asana you know. It’s perfect if you don’t just want to go through the motions, but want to explore your capacity for movement with curiosity. Class sequences are similar to your favorite vinyasa flows that blend breath and movement, with an emphasis on biomechanics and how to move better in your body. You'll practice familiar shapes in novel ways to increase joint range of motion and stability. With regular practice, you'll increase body awareness and create physical resiliency on and off the mat.
