This is an all levels class that focuses on building lower body strength and mobility. Work through each muscle group of the lower body using weights and body weight to build strength and endurance. At the end of the class you will feel challenged and stronger! Light to medium sized dumbells will be used in this class as well as body weight.

Make sure to be on time. To ensure a great experience for everyone, the studio doors closes 10 minutes after the scheduled start time
You can cancel up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor.
