I will guide you through a strengthening and meditative Strong Vinyasa Flow. Attention is given to your alignment and breath whilst discovering your own inner curiosities and energies. You will be aware of your endurance and your personal physical strengths. This class is perfect for all levels, and options are given for advancement. A sweat is likely! Feel inspired and surrender. Bring a mat, blocks and a strap are a plus. Adding small hand weights is optional.
