The deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra promotes healing and transformation at the core of your being. We’ll start with a couple of simple stretches to get ready for total relaxation, then just lie down on the floor or on a bed and listen to my voice guiding you through Yoga Nidra. This is a gentle, powerful practice of letting go and tapping into the deepest reaches of your inner being. You will feel refreshed and rejuvenated as if waking from a long sleep.
