Description

Gentle fascial release using a combination of small balls as well as foam rollers. Each class we will focus on a part of the body and do a series of stretches and release for the front and back body. Example : When we release shoulders we will also release chest. The release, though intense, takes only minutes to feel the effects.

Foam roller and a melt or tennis ball
