30 minutes to relax and recover with some gentle stretching and flexibility training. No equipment needed.... Just a little floor space and yourself! Work on gently stretching muscles to aid recovery, increase range of motion, improve posture and feel relaxed! If you're participating in the Start Strong 10-day Challenge, this is the Day # 10 workout!
