Stretch and Move is a 30 minute, slow flow class focused on increasing flexibility and releasing stress and tension. A great follow-up to a more intense workout class, (like my PiYo Flow!) and a wonderful stand-alone option for starting your day. A great class for all levels and ages. Note that much of the class will be performed while sitting on the floor, so a thick, cushioned mat is recommended. You may also participate and modify from a chair. No props required, cushioned mat recommended. Optional prop: a THERA-BAND or Yoga strap will be incorporated at times. You can use a rolled up towel or belt in place of either of these items.
