Description

Join me as we stretch and strengthen our joint and muscles throughout our whole body! The whole body is interconnected through a system of fascia so it is important that we spend intentional time moving each area of the body. Stretch and strengthen your wrists, ankles and all the joints in-between!

Equipment Required

Blocks, blankets, or pillows are optional to help deepen your practice OR make poses more accessible.
