Strengthen & Stretch begins with a gentle warm-up, immediately integrating the breath into our work to focus and turn inward. Class will transition into a flow filled with strong, breath-to-movement postures. As we move into asana, participants are encouraged to choose their own path and listen to their bodies, taking rest when necessary. Class will then transition to gentler stretches and longer, deeper holds. Strengthen & Stretch will always end with a sweet savasana. Throughout class, music is played to match the rhythm and energy of our movements.
