Description

Yoga with small hand weights! This slow and methodical class is part yoga, part strength training, all good! If you don't have light hand weights (1-5 lbs;, 3 is perfect), you can use a 16 oz. water bottle filled with water or sand. Or two cans of beans. Get creative!
