This is a strength training class that is designed to build lean muscle mass, reduce body fat and burn calories. There will be a warm-up, leading into strength training exercises, w/ a sprinkle of cardio. We will be using dumbbells, (kettlebell but not necessary) and a resistant band aka Booty band. If you do not have dumbbells, then water jugs or canned goods will be a perfect substitute. This class is for everyone because the weight you use is up to you. Last but not least... Do not forget your water bottle!!! HYDRATION is critical!!!💦💦💦
Dumbbells, resistant band (booty band). Kettlebell BUT NOT REQUIRED, and if you do not have dumbbells then water jugs or canned goods will work fine. Also, dumbbells are BY FAR CHEAPEST AT WALMART!!! Too expensive on Amazon and D’s Sporting Goods. Just lookin’ out for ya!!😉 And booty bands super cheap off Amazon!!💪🏻🍑
