This is a strength training class that is designed to build lean muscle mass, reduce body fat and burn calories. There will be a warm-up, leading into body weight exercises then we'll use dumbbells. If you do not have dumbbells, then water jugs or canned goods will be a perfect substitute. We will also use resistance bands (a booty band), so please bring one. This class is for everyone because the weight you use is up to you. Last but not least... Do not forget your water bottle!!! HYDRATION is critical!!!
