Full body strength session incorporating a single medium weight dumbbell or a single kettlebell. All moves are low impact. We will be taking our time to focus on form and proper posture and core stability ... followed by some stretching and flexibility work. You go at your own pace and comfort level. If you're participating in the 10 day Start Strong Challenge, this is the day # 6 workout
A medium weighted (for you) dumbbell or kettlebell. I would start around 8-10 lbs. if you’re not a beginner you can probably do more! A variety of weights would be ideal but use what you’ve got. If you don’t have weights, a gallon jug of water (8 lbs) or a laundry detergent bottle would work!
