Full body strength session incorporating a single medium weight dumbbell or a single kettlebell. We will be taking our time to focus on form and proper posture and core stability ... followed by some stretching and flexibility work.
A medium weighted (for you) dumbbell or kettlebell. I would start around 8-10 lbs. if you’re not a beginner you can probably do more! A variety of weights would be ideal but use what you’ve got. If you don’t have weights, a gallon jug of water (8 lbs) or a laundry detergent bottle would work!
