Stronger abbs, bigger buts, and better posture. This hour-long strength class is for anyone who is looking to challenge themselves and do effective strength work. The philosophy of this class is about building muscle to feel and look better. This is not some zany Zumba dance class, although dancing may happen 😉. This is a class about building out the strength of your core, hips, and torso. Why focus on just strength? because strength training helps burn fat, relieve joint pain, build balance, and reset posture. Basically, it makes you look like the Goddess/God you are.
