Description

We love this class! It's my favorite! That's because we know that in order to keep our muscles and bones strong, we need strength exercises. So grab your weights and join us for 50-minutes of timed intervals with strengthening exercises that will target and challenge every major muscle group (legs, hips, back, chest, shoulders, arms and abs). All levels - beginners welcome :) https://www.unfancyfitness.com

Equipment Required

Light and/or medium weights. A variety of weights is ideal for this class but you can make it work with 1 or 2 pairs. We sometimes use resistance loop bands, gliders (paper plates will do) and Bender Balls.
