This "Faith & Fitness" class includes: Prayer & Scripture reading, a warm up, strength circuits, cardio Tabata, a cool down stretch, and closing prayer. The class is for women only, so as to stick to our vision of providing a safe space for women to pursue fitness to the glory of God. Medium to heavy dumbbells. A small Pilates Ball (or pillow, rolled up towel). A Chair.
