This class is all about creating strength / stability while caring for your body . we do not use weights in this class / modified for what your body needs now in your fitness journey . while we can still bring that heart rate up and sweat without impact , you will connect to the core to build step by step balance , corer strength and stability in the body . I would love to connect after booking the class to discuss your needs to make sure each class is met with care for all who attend . Students will have the option of progressions as we move through each station. Consistency is key to anything you do ! Commit to your health , while being kind to the body .
