Description

This 45 Minute Full body, heart pounding, workout will get you sweating and scorching calories! Class begins with a 15 minute non-stop HIIT "warm-up" followed by 10 minutes of 45 seconds on, 15 second off cardio kickboxing (no kickboxing experience or equipment is required!, but hand weights or light dumbbells are recommended) We top that off with a final burnout 3 minute kickboxing combo and close class with 10 minutes of strength training (light/ medium weights or resistance bands are recommended). If you are ready to sweat it out, burn calories and blast away fat all while HAVING FUN then this is the perfect class for YOU!
