This class combines a variety of cardio and strength training for a killer workout! This class is a full body workout that is open to all fitness levels! You can take the intensity as high as you want and there are always modifications! Get ready to have fun and sweat it out together!

Equipment Required

Dumbells or any weight you have Resistance Bands (mini)

You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor. Out of courtesy, please cancel as early as you can.
