2 Mile Aerobic Workout designed to get your heart rate up, and keep it up! lol for a little while... Workout allows for waves of incline and decline, allowing recoup... 30 minute duration, feet moving, heart pumping the entire time. This is not recommended for anyone with heart problems, but those who are craving a challenge. In fact, it's a little out of the comfort zone for me, but a little discomfort never hurt anyone.
