We made it to Week 4 of the “Lean Queen Muscle Building Machines” Program and have definitely felt the burn. It’s time for a Lower Body Strength workout that is sure to raise the heart rate. Squat Overloaded is a Boot-Camp Style Workout that includes multiple variations for a squat the most common compound movement. Boot camp means no breaks in between sets of exercises until the entire round is done. Remember our focus is TIME UNDER TENSION, so if we don’t resist we do not change. You’ll need a few items to join in so grab them and let’s go!

Equipment Required

Booty Band / Dumbbells (Heavy- 12+ lbs) (Beginners 5-10 lbs) / Chair or Fitness Bench *Having all 3 Items will enhance the workout to see the results*
