This stretching class will not only leave you feeling limber and bendy, but will also incorporate meditative affirmations to help heal your relationship with your body. Your body deserves kindness, compassion, and respect exactly how it is RIGHT NOW as you read this. You might start with Body Neutrality, and then at your own pace move to Body Respect, Body Acceptance, and finally Body Love. This class is perfect for beginners, people who can't touch their toes, individuals recovering from eating disorders, or simply those looking for a break from #dietculture and #toxicfitnessculture. My classes lean on the magic of a community, so please have your cameras on and come early to the warm up room so we can get to know each other <3
