In this class you will focus on breathing and staying in the poses for a couple of breaths. We will build a little heat with our slow flow vinyasa where we link movement with breath. This is your practice, so in here do what you need to do to honor your body and practice. Take what you need and leave what you don’t. Take a moment to relax and end your Monday off right with a little yoga for your mind, body, and spirit.
