Enjoy a little more time between and within poses. Vinyasa refers to weaving poses together mindfully, like a dance that uses your entire body. With lots of options and variations, this practice is perfect for all levels. We start by waking up the entire body, groove through our vinyasa with breath and mindfulness, and then finish with juicy stretching and a sweet savasana. This class will touch on your entire body - we won't "burn out" any one area.
