Description

Flow through a series of postures rhythmically, guided by the breath. This class will teach you how to move in harmony with your breath, which is to move with awareness. The Sanskrit word "vinyasa" means "to place in a special way.' You will practice intentionality, grace, and awareness and build strength, focus, and flexibility.
