You can stay with any variation that feels good for you. Mastering new poses is more about preparing your body to do the pose than having someone tell you how to do it. In the peak pose classes, you'll learn things that you can practice on a regular basis to develop the strength, flexibility, and stability to work your way into the variation of the pose that is best suited for your body. It doesn't happen overnight, but it's so rewarding when you begin to see changes!
