Half flow, half restorative. Enjoy this flow-restorative hybrid with a big focus on breath and dropping into your body. We’ll begin with a simple, slow vinyasa flow and transition into restorative yoga, holding grounding poses for up to 5 minutes. Each class will include breathwork and will end with savasana. This practice is suitable for all levels and is beginner-friendly. * Props are not required, but if you have them, I suggest having a few pillows, a thick blanket, and blocks or books at your side during this class.
