As a ChairOne Instructor, I've designed this class to be FAB (For All Bods), ages, shapes & flexibility levels, so newbies can totally rock this! 🤘 Come take a swing at this Low-Impact class that combines Stretching & Cardio Boxing with great tunes, all from the comfort of a chair. 🎵 Don't pull any punches...join me live online at lunchtime in this virtual gym to raise our heart rates, tone our muscles, work up a sweat, & kick some serious sass! 💪 Or watch a video replay later & channel your eye of the tiger energy at your own convenience. 🐯 All you need is a sturdy chair (without wheels), sneakers, a bottle of water & a good attitude! Boxing gloves are definitely not required, but can be fun to give you that extra feeling of punch power...pow pow! 🥊
