Description

*Please register for class at least 12 hours prior to start time* This short, morning practice will gently guide you into the morning. Class will include 15 minutes of gentle asana, 5 minutes of savasana, and 10 minutes of pranayama. Props such as blankets and pillows are optional.

You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor. Out of courtesy, please cancel as early as you can.
