Description

A series of easy to follow 18 energy-enhancing exercises that co-ordinate movement with breathing and concentration. It is a gentle, beautiful and flowing Tai Chi Qigong exercise routine that is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing for people of any age. The set of movements is Qigong exercises which is based on the philosophy of Tai Chi and extracts some of the best movements from the Yang style Tai Chi Chuan. Have water available and wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. You are welcome to go barefoot and use a mat but are not necessary.
