None of these are mandatory, and you will get a good workout even without! However, these are the props we play with often, if you have them available: - A range of dumbbell options - A range of resistance band loops - A sturdy and stable stepping stool - A wall to lean on as needed - A ball (any fender, yoga, weighted or any simple ball will do. Totally up to you!)
