Tai Chi Institute USA presents our series of continuous classes facilitated by Sifu Edward Niam. Learn the ways of the Shaolin Warrior. This class will review several health and power QiGong exercises as well as a deep Shaolin stance program to build a powerful upper body and legs. Subscribers can access our entire library, so it does not matter where you start. You can always go back and review/learn anything you may have missed.
