Don’t let the name fool you, this is for anyone who wants to get a great low-impact workout. Sessions include warmup, cardio, strength, stretch and relaxation. Exercises will alternate between standing and seated. Option of sitting the entire time is available. Put on your exercise shoes and bring a sturdy chair.
