This is a 30 minute stretch & meditation class. If you feel like you need a CHILL day to restore your body, this experience is for you. We will have 20 minutes of stretching & yoga combinations with 5-10 minutes of guided meditation. IF you don't typically take time to restore your physical body and your mind after a long week, I invite you to try this relaxing experience with me! Be sure to wear headphones for ease of listening.
