This class is all about you! We'll do some self massage techniques to release tension from the neck & shoulders. Learn an acupressure sequence to relieve stress and calm your mind. Deep breathing & a few gentle yoga poses will then lead you into a deeply relaxing savasana at the end of class. You don't need any prior yoga experience to attend. Just bring a pillow and a blanket. If you'd like to do the class in a chair, you'll want a sturdy chair with a supportive back. As an added bonus, you'll see what relaxation does for your flexibility. People are usually surprised to find that deep breathing, self massage & gentle yoga do far more to increase to flexibility than intense stretching! Anyone who attends the class has access to the recording afterward, so you can do it again anytime you need some stress relief.
