Description

Strength training is the key to increase muscle mass, build better bones and increase your metabolism. We start with a 3 minute warm up followed by 3 groups of 4 strength training exercises for a total body workout.

Equipment Required

3 sets of dumbbells - light, medium, or heavy or weighted objects, yoga mat, stability ball and a bottle of water
