Description

SassiFit Dance Fitness is dance fitness for everyone- no dance experience necessary! Five mini cardio dance, easy-to=follow routines in the styles of Jazz, Hip Hop, Burlesque, Latin and Poms. We break down the choreography between songs and dance in the dark, so it doens't matter anyway. Just keep moving and have fun! Second half of class is mat-based strength training inspired by yoga, Pilates, and floor barre. Perfect sculpting for you booty, belly, arms and stems. Modification and challenge options make the workout completely customizable for all ability and fitness levels.
